German "Umlaute" and Request.QueryString.Get

Hi,

I'm using urls to fill textbox's

Here the URL

http://Testsystem/SAPChangeControlDocTest.aspx?&G=6A58C9D123AD8E4DB73A53CB80C1F0D7&DT=CD&N=0700000253&P=4&M=FI&D=Veräntwörtliche%20Kößtl%20in%20Anlage%20ü

but something is erasing the German umlaute.

Could someone please help me here.
